How high can I fill the bin?

Please keep the load level with the top of the bin. We need to tarp the bins for transport to landfill.

I have no driveway; can I put the bin on the road or on my lawn?

We can place the bin on the road but you may require a permit. Check with your municipality before requesting this option. We can place the bin on your lawn, however the bin will leave marks or sink into the ground if the ground is wet, therefore, we cannot take responsibility in such a case.

How do you protect my driveway?

We place wood down under the rails at the front and the back of the bin.

Do you supply lids to keep others from using my bin?

We suggest you purchase an inexpensive tarp from a hardware store; this usually discourages others from using your bin.

If I fill this bin and need another, what is the cost?

The same rental rate will apply to any additional bins and you have an additional 7 days of rental from the time that the second bin is delivered.

When will the bin be delivered?

Deliveries are made between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm; we are unable to give a specific time. We do try to accommodate requests when made at time of booking.

What if I’m done with my bin before the end of the 7 days?

Give us a call and we will be there within one business day.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

We will take cash deposits when the bin is delivered. The driver will give you a receipt for the deposit.
